We delete the old stackablectl repository, and renamed stackable-cockpit to stackablectl. There is a new stackabletech/cockpit repo.

I would argue we can remove this file (or folder) entirely.

Probably, but that makes this PR wider in scope.
I'll go with how it is now, and we can discuss removing the Chart separately.
